Impress Digital Corp. awarded multi-year renewal agreement with Dataphile Software Ltd., an ADP Company.

Peter Saunders, CEO & President of Impress Digital Corp. announced today that Impress Digital has secured a multi-year Service Agreement Renewal with Dataphile Software Ltd., an ADP Company, to provide Secure Document Data Technology solutions to ADP's Securities Brokerage Community clients across Canada.

Mr. Saunders stated, "Impress Digital is very pleased to continue to provide specialized data services to ADP and its clients in the Brokerage Community for a third consecutive term, extending the original contract term to a total of ten years at completion of the new term.
